Whats the best way to..test my new models?

I have tryed using the Level edit to edit the Vehical model graphic but it does work because when i load the map up in LAN it doesn't exist.

I have tryed re-naming it but that crashed the game.

Whats the best way to test them? [Confused]

use W3D viewer - you can see any models there
