Sorry, Charlie. You'll have to buy a new copy of Renegade to be unbanned. At least that's as far as I know. To the best of my knowledge, it's not Blackhand Studios' policy to unban people under any grounds if they're banned from the RenGuard networld. It's also really hard to glitch RenGuard to a point where it bans you, so I'm thinking you're not giving us the whole story.

Survey? Council? Those present? What say ye of this, the condemned party?
