Weapon model dissapering w3d [message #203406]

This is a model i've just finished.
index.php?t=getfile&id=1239&private=0

I made it in Milkshape 3D version 1.7.8. I exported it as a "Autodesk 3DS" file. I then imported it into RenX and Exported it as W3D. But when i opened it in the W3D veiwer all i got was this:

index.php?t=getfile&id=1240&private=0

Can anyone help me.
