TeamSpeak: Much easier to setup as a server
Ventrilo: Harder to setup, but I believe the sound quality is better?

Change the codec in the options menu for Teamspeak and you have better quality than vent.

TS's default Codec sucks if you ask me.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.
