	| idk how to ask this right but how can i put a picture as a mask behind another picture.....if that makes any sence 
 
 just like this
 
 
  
 see how its a picture inside the bell but where the cell cuts out the pic ends and continueon the rest of the pic
 
 
 still understand what i mean?
 
 How can i do that?

 I think you should make 1 layer with the picture you want, then make a second layer on top of the first one and then make a outline of the shape you want to cover up, then use the fill bucket and fill it in black.

	| First you need the shape you want a picture to conform to on one layer, and the picture you want to be shaped on another layer directly above that layer.  Right click on the picture layer and select "Create Clipping Mask." 
 That should be it.

	| You could just make 2 layers, then on the top layer use the magnetic lasso and outline the shape, then click delete and it should come through.

	| wat if its ot just a plain shape but has 2 parts the outside outline and inside outline make sence? like not just a squeare but lets say....the bell above i posted has part inside and out to cut around.... |
