Hi,
I never added some one to my buddy list before who has a long nickname. Whats That

So how do you add some one with 20 letters ?
Because I can only type in a nickname around 6 letters...

If they have 20 letters then they are a GSA player and therefore cannot be added to your buddy list. Even if you did add them it would not work because WOL cannot detect what GSA players are doing.
