in his own words Jelly doesn't use 4.0 because most of its players are cheaters and it's the only server that still harbors them
i don't know why he would want to play there so badly if that's the truth

he's allowed to play in st0rm, a server that runs 4.0 and has new maps and interesting settings - why can't he be happy there?
