You need to add a small change to make sure the empty string "" doesn't get added to the commands list:

			SSGMIni->Get_String(command, "Commands", StringClass::getFormattedString("Command%d", i+1), "");
			
			if (command == "") { continue;  }

			command_list.Add(command);
