I always answer my call waiting. I don't have caller id for my call waiting so I wouldn't know who I have to call back. Plus, I try to keep it as short as possible and then call them back afterwards if it needs to be talked about longer. I HATE being on hold, and I know others hate it as well, so I try to keep it as quick as possible.
