Integrate these maps like you would most other maps. You can mix them in with other maps as long as you configure everything right, and use TTFS file system. Which you should be.

There are suggested settings/setup for server setting. Included with the mod is an example TT.cfg showing how you can setup that file. Additionally, provided a da_unleashed.ini/da_mapconfig.ini to provide some required and recommended settings. You can use it as is or modify to your liking but you should read the comments. Make sure to leave some things that could cause issues otherwise.

-RenegadeFDS (Duh)
-Recent version of TT(Tiberian Technologies) for server. Version 9000+
-Extras Pages Enabled. The map specific tt.ini within the .mix should do that though. (Many units are on the extra pages).
-The original games .mix maps(or the .w3ds for the map terrain) somewhere in your server's data folder. By default you'll have this but if you removed it for some reason, it will cause people to fall through the terrain.

Check da_unleashed.ini. You can just use that if you want or modify it to your liking.
Check da_mapconfig.ini so you can make the maps use the da_unleashed.ini and not clutter your other settings files.

//Known Issues//

-If you have custom beacon countdown on your server it may double up countdown sounds a little bit. It won't cause any functional issues besides that.
-Hackers DNA drop is disabled with the default da_unleashed.ini file. Make sure you keep this if you change the rules as it can cause an exploti otherwise.
-The Adv Laser Rifle and Kane's Railgun has a missing muzzle bone, so where they fire from is a little off.
-NOT AN ISSUE but Mk2 and Transport Heli's cannot be entered by enemy team even if empty. This is to avoid a bug with someone of the opposite team being a gunner inside it. Ex: A GDI Transport Heli with a GDI Driver and a Nod in it's right heli gun.
-The destroyed nod apc on cityfallout doesn't have physical collision.
