Does anyone else have problems throwing c4 ?

I'd say 1 our of every 15 or so times I throw c4 I'll press fire like 5 times and it wont throw so I have to stop hitting fire then the next click works. This causes real issues when ur c4'ing a building and uve been spotted or ur trying to give someone a c4 present. All the other times it throws no prob on the 1st click of fire.
