Lol. I don't have a digital video camera. Anyway, its not really that hard. It would be more helpful to have freeze-frames anyway. If you really want to learn how to do it, get something other than a pen/pencil, such as an actual baton, or maybe a wooden rod like 2 ft long. Then goof around with it, seeing how you can manipulate the baton or whatever with just one hand. Thats probably the best way to learn.
