Aimbot = something that aims and shoots

You are clearly describing a clickbot, where you aim the cross-hair and it clicks for your lazy self.

RenGuard doesn't stop these and never will. They suck to use, and are easy to detect manually. Besides, they don't give any form of advantage to the user.
