Use safemode and login with the secondary administrator account that is normally hidden.

Good way. Also if you have access to another admin account.

Start
+Run

type "cmd"

^enter^

type "net user ACCOUNTNAME NEWPASSWORD

^enter^

It should then confirm the password change.
