if it's not your boot drive (the one with Windows or Linux or whatever on it)
then Cmd.exe in run (this is windows)
type:
format c
and go from there
ONLY IF IT'S NOT YOUR BOOT DRIVE

I miss DOS-mode, not the cmd-line but the real DOS mode where you could startup in DOS and do whatever you liked what Windows wouldn't allow you. I miss the DOS-scandisk and chkdsk. Sad

*thinks of reinstalling a DOS-machine, just for the heck of it.
