I think you should get an asrock mobo. They have several Mobo's with DDR I and DDR II and PCI-E and AGP 8x. Unfortunately not for athlon procs. Your best option would be to get this board: http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=4CoreDual-VSTA&s=n and get a cheap C2D.
