Personally I like both my matrantz + Quad L11's config and my Technics + E50's, though they are pretty different.
Quads are nice and small, but lack a little in the "feel the bass" department.
The E50's are better at that, but they are fucking huge Razz

Also, t does not help that I think one of the midtone drvers is bad, and makes a weird sound..
