I can't upgrade anything else on my PC, am already using the second best graphic card I can get for my AGP socket, CPU is a A-Socket, so can't really upgrade that.

Save your birthday money put it towards a complete upgrade.

If you're using Socket A then you really do need to upgrade your PC . It is not worth spending all that money on that sound card for 10FPS.
