ok... so then you will be able to use those online but the process is harder. You will still need renegade public tools and gmax. And install renx game pack into gmax. You will have to import deadeye/bhand model into gmax then apply the texture (M). And then add a scrolling stealth_effect.tga texture on top. I can't provide the tutorial because renegadehelp.net sucks and has broken images

what Tut are you looking for i might be able to get it.

animated computer screens & boning a char (both are availiable on the old renhelp)
