Can you clear your internet explorer cache/temporary internet files and then run UAC Launcher again?

If that does not help, please download http://www.tiberiantechnologies.org/update/game/versions.dat in internet explorer and try again.

If that does not work, please upload the *.clu file from your game folder here.
