What you can also do (until this is fixed) is click to join a game, hit START and hit ESC before it comes up with "joining game". It'll say "action cancelled" and you'll see the pages sent to you in the top left. You may have to adjust brightness to see them, or (if you're using a flat screen) lean up and look at them from the top down of your monitor.
