How do I get this file off?

I can't find it anywhere. I think it came from a map my game auto-downloaded today morning as before this I was able to go to Jelly and other servers.

Now I am getting this message when I try to join any server except UltraAOW.

Restarting renegade should fix it

Happens when you join multiple servers without restarting renegade

Renegade keeps loaded models in memory, and sometimes confuses one model for another (on another map) if they are different but have the same name. This is on the list to get fixed, but it's tricky to fix it.
