Hey guys if i try to change sum1´s team i cant... i type "team2 madrockz but nothing works can sum1 help me?

You need to use their id. I believe there is a console command id <player> to get their id. Then after their id you will need to put the team 1 for GDI 0 for Nod.
Team 1 0 would change the player with the id of 1 to nod.
