Hello;

I'm emailing you in the response of how badly you have treated all players on the WOL network particularly Command & Conquer: Renegade. I must say I am extremely disapointed, the clans page no longer works the ladder has gone down frequently in the last few years along with the network itself the FDS serial generator has a bogus messsage saying the serials are all allocated which every server host is laughing at your stupidity for. I must say that when I and most game users buy a game we expect a certain quality of support and service for the game especially online play, especially when the company is baught out. This should be encouraged more if you wanrt there customers you obviously bought them out for there consumer platform but by toying with us and insulting us with your pathetic and feeble ways of "maintaining a server" which is much a laugh. I do hope you clean up your act, because if you don't you are going to loose the majority of westwoods customers. I must say these are fairly simple problems for example the clans page all you need is to put the images on the server its not hard my 7 year old son could do that. I truly hope you read this email, and do not just toss it aside and do nothing.
